Education: He has a master's degree in Taxation, a specialty in Tax Administration and a degree in Public Accounting, he also has a diploma as "Trusted Business Advisor" and another one in Family Business Management.

Professional experience: He has a professional career of 23 years of experience in the tax area in international firms, which has allowed him to participate in various projects such as corporate restructuring, wealth consulting, international tax consulting, detection and prevention of tax risks, among others. 

It has specialized mainly in the energy, industrial products, consumer products, transport, construction, entertainment and tourism sectors.

Featured recognitions: He was president of the fiscal commission of the College of Public Accountants of Veracruz in the 2018-2019 period and currently chairs the firm's fiscal commission at the national level. He is a member of COPARMEX and a collaborator in the media, such as radio programs, and in the magazines Negocios y Economía and Llave Empresarial. Professional experience: He has 22 years of professional experience in services of audit and jobs of testify under IFRS, US GAAP y Mexican NIF´s, firstly to companues of Transportation and Logistics, Energy (Oil & Gas), Retail, Construction and Agriculture. He worked for 18 years in a "Big Four", where his last position was Audit Senior Manager and he was in charge of the south-east region for the "Control Quality Assurance" program. As part of his professional experience, Enrique took part in many international assignments, which the most importants are Saô Paulo and la Habana.

Professional experience: With over 20 years of professional background in Consulting and Tax Technology sectors, Alejandro has accumulated extensive experience in Digital Platforms and Latin American E-Invoicing models, supporting Multinational Clients from industries such as Technology, Consumer Goods, Pharma, Energy, Automotive, Retail and Banking.

Featured recognitions: At PwC he participated in technology adoption projects in countries such as Australia, the United States, England and Israel; During his tenure at Pegaso (PAC), he was recognized as Microsoft Partner of the Year and Best Companies in Mexico; From Colombia, he directed the operation of 4 countries in Carvajal (PAC), has been a speaker at various forums on Tax Technology, is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI)-Mexico Chapter and represented them as a volunteer in the 2017 earthquake in the creation and implementation of a Collection Centers Operations Manual for the general public.
